Welcome to my site. My name is Carla Jones, and I am excited that you have taken this opportunity to do something different in your life. This is the first step towards your healing and recovery. I believe I have an assignment to provide counsel. I have been in private practice since 2008. I have been working with individuals, couples, children, and families focusing on issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, parenting ,family struggles, trauma , abuse, grief, loss, substance abuse, spiritual issues as well as other life challenges. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I utilize other approaches such as DBT, solution focused, etc. I am a believer and address healing from a holistic and approach.
